Words matter, and we'll discuss a clear scientifically based understanding of the definition of the words Racism and Anti-Racist.  Let’s navigate the chaos in a structured and respectful manner. Let’s lean into the discomfort and conversation. Let’s leave with tangible steps.
Step 2 will address the following:
- Respectful guidelines in having mixed race conversations
- Racism as a systemic concept
- Anti-Racist as a practice and way of life to promote equitable outcomes
- Opportunities to advance racial equity in your community
