Systemic power must be understood and addressed to move the racial equity conversation forward. Let’s lean into the discomfort and conversation. Let’s leave with tangible steps.
Step 3 will address the following:
- Respectful guidelines in having mixed race conversations
- Systemic Power in policies and practice
- A walk through legislative power from a historical perspective
- Opportunities to advance racial equity in your community
