Pamela Bean

Pamela Bean is a Management, Customer Service and Human Resource specialist with 30 plus years of cumulative experience. Pamela’s involvement in HR leadership roles has afforded her the opportunity to work in the diversity & inclusion space. Particularly in designing and implementing policies for companies to strategically advance DEIb practices.

Pamela was raised in Hamilton, Ohio with a southern foundation. She attended Tuskegee University, which is a leading Historically Black College University (HBCU) in Tuskegee, Alabama. Pamela earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and continues her support for Tuskegee by being the current president of the Indianapolis alumni chapter.

She currently resides in Fishers, Indiana and is a proud mother of a daughter, son-in-love, and has a granddaughter affectionately known as "Nugget!”

Pamela is pursuing her passion of empowering people to be the best, authentic self and created the #Headtrash movement.
